TEAM WORK package

Train together and split the cost. Each member will receive their own tailored training and nutrition plan based on their own fitness level*

Session duration: 60 mins

*Reach your goals together! Get in shape the healthy way while enjoying the company and support of family and friends. We can train two or three people (max) in each group. The more people, the more you save! Groups must be formed prior to training.

HOME TRAINING package

Have a problem with travel and need us to come to you? Not a problem — we’ll bring the fitness studio to the privacy of your home or a suitable outdoor location.

Not only will you get one of our certified Fitness Coaches, but we’ll also bring all of the essential equipment for an engaging and effective workout session. How often do we come? That’s up to you!
